We listen — in Japanese — to what you want to build and the problems you are facing. There is no charge at this stage.

Organizing requirements
We turn what we heard into a written scope: features, priorities, and technical assumptions.

Estimate & proposed team
Based on that scope, we present cost, timeline, and the members who would take part.

Contract & kickoff
Once you agree to the terms, we complete the contract and begin development.

Development & progress updates
We share progress on a regular cadence. Spec questions and change requests go through the Japanese-language contact point.

Delivery & handover
After verification, we hand over the deliverables and documentation. The scope of post-launch support is agreed in advance.
